My name is Ed Hight. I was born in 1956 and born again in 1972. My faith and relationship are the utmost. In 1979, after a tour in the Navy, I moved to Santa Cruz California where I lived until 1992 when I met and married Kelly. We live in Sacramento California where we persue our faith enjoying water sports and traveling with our friends.
Construction Consulting Services.I have been involved in construction since 1979, and speciaize in the areas of Business Administration and Organization. I have significant experience in Mechanical Contracting on commercial-industrial projects and field experience as a plumber, drywall hanger and construction electrician.
I have worked with hundreds of contractors across the United States on Project Administration, drafting multiple documents including construction claims i.e., Requests For Additional Compensation, Requests For An Equitable Adjustment, Claims for Breach, Abandonment, Quantum Meruit, Changed Condition, Delay, etc.
I am a Certified Construction Manager proactively assisting contractors with administrative and organizational techniques . I am a proponent of prevention through approach, advocating that most claims can be mitigated and even avoided through proper management and by using appropriate techniques of communication coupled with knowledge and tempered by experience.
